Regional Director of Engineering

Job Description Manage and Direct all project engineers in the region, assist project engineers in engineering and design of assigned projects and tasks.
Duties/Activities Required by Job Manage and direct activities of all project engineers in region to achieve goals.
Complete Reports, Documentation, Flow of Information, set projections Assist Project Engineers in engineering and design of assigned projects and tasks.
Manages budgets, customer interaction, progress and reporting for projects in region.
Work with Director to establish budgets & manage annual expenditures, communicate project, on time and on budget, updates and reports Provides overall direction and support to Project Engineers to achieve operational and safety goals.
Interacts with customers on engineering projects - concept, planning and execution.
Guides training & development activities related to direct reports to develop competency and commitment.
Directs and enforces safety policies and standards for projects in region.
Educations/Experience Requirements BS Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial), Masters Preferred 7-10 years industry experience AutoCAD skills, collaborating skills, strong teamwork skills, problem solving, project administration, internal resource coordination About Us Are you looking for more than just a job? The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
