Duties: Primary Responsibilities Include:
- 35
hours per week (full time)
- Engage customers to explore sales opportunities
- Conduct bill reviews on customers accounts
- Activate new accounts and upgrade current customers
- Learn how to use and demonstrate wireless applications for customers
- Promote and offer the full suite of AT&T's products and services
- Attend all required meetings
- Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
- High school diploma
- Telecom experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to learn new products and services in a timely manner
- Proficient in all Microsoft applicationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
