Critical Facility Maintenance Tech & Electrician
Millsboro Delaware ? 2nd Shift (3:00pm -11:30 pm)
Opportunity:
Perform repair and maintenance work on the physical plant in the Millsboro Operations Center and its co-located Data Center in order to provide a safe, efficient workplace and banking environment for our customers, employees and tenants. Assist the Property Supervisor overseeing the preventative maintenance program for the Data Center to ensure its optimum reliability, lifespan and energy efficiency.
Overtime will be required on a scheduled and call-in basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on repair and maintenance in the Millsboro site and the associated Data Center as required on the mechanical and electrical systems, building automation system, structural components and all other components of the buildings. Assist in snow removal when required.
Assist the Property Supervisor overseeing and coordinating the preventative maintenance schedule, testing and repairs work with vendors and Information Technology management. Maintain system documentation and spare parts.
Escort and oversee vendors working in the Data Center.
Provide day-to-day coordination and oversight of the janitorial services and various outside contracted services to ensure all standards are met.
Assist Property Supervisor with the bid process and oversee the construction and maintenance projects when assigned.
Assist Area Property Supervisor with the long range planning and the administration of occupancy, operating, and capital budgets for the site.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree or in lieu of a degree 2 years work experience.
Ten year's building trade or building services experience .
Five years' experience in property management.
Strong electrical and mechanical background.
Knowledge of other building trades including plumbing, fire systems and carpentry.
Knowledge of power tools and test equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
Working knowledge of all Delaware Building codes and regulations.
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and to be physically active throughout a work shift. Ability to use all site ladders and lifts.
Fluent in use of computers, spreadsheets and email.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Commitment to customer service and ability to interact productively with building occupants and peers.
Ability to manage, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
Self-motivation; ability to take responsibility and work alone.
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience working in a Data Center or similar complex building type.
Delaware master electrician license.
A thorough understanding of medium voltage switchgear and substations in order to respond effectively to electrical shutdowns and faults.
Ability to respond in cases of mechanical failure. Will interact with our HVAC vendor to diagnose faults and maintain close follow-up on repairs.
Good administrative skills such as the abilities to track, file and create electronic records.
Other requirements are strong interpersonal skills to interact with occupants when the supervisor is not on site and the potential to be a candidate for future advancement in our department.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
