Infrastructure Analyst III

Position Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve to Help Desk escalations. Create trending information of system issues. Create and document procedures for work order and request based tasks. Advanced problem solving of technical incidents; Analyze and isolate issues. Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues. Complete maintenance following SOP. Such as Patching, Health Checks, OS updates, Validation of changes, Maintain Operational and Configuration standards. Ability to research options when anomalies occur; identify recommendation and review with senior staff Ability to schedule maintenance changes to reduce operational risk. Participate in project work in cross functional teams; Lead technical team within a project; input in to design of efforts. Coach less Sr staff on processes and technologies. Initiate, Create and document procedures for maintenance tasks and other needs. Ability to automated or improve SOP and maintenance tasks. Promote an environment that supportsdiversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Evaluates situations using multiple sources of information. Exchange complex information. Complete other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: 6 years' related education and/or work experience Familiarity with reading and digesting technical information Detail-oriented Proven written and verbal communication skills Strong customer focus, including prior experience managing customer needs and multiple work priorities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in technology field or related. 7 years' experience - experience includes related education and work experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
